Why Cyprus works as an EMEA delivery base
Cyprus sits at the crossroads of Europe and the Middle East. It is a member of the European Union and the euro area, English is widely used in business, and its legal system is rooted in English common law. On Eastern European Time (UTC+2, UTC+3 in summer), the Cyprus working day overlaps the whole European day and almost all of the Gulf's.

Keap Technologies runs international projects on a simple rhythm: a shared backlog, short build iterations with a working demo at the end of each, written decisions and documentation, and in-person workshops when they add value — for discovery, design reviews or launch.
We build inside your cloud and tools, so there is no data transfer to our systems and no lock-in when the project ends.

Do you work with companies in the UK and the Gulf?
Yes. Keap Technologies works with clients across Europe and the Middle East, including the UK, Greece and the UAE. Cyprus is two hours ahead of London and one to two hours behind the UAE, so meetings fit comfortably inside both working days.
Is our data transferred outside the EU?
Not by default. We build inside your own cloud environment and keep data in your chosen region. For EU clients that usually means an EU region, in line with GDPR.
Do you travel for workshops?
Yes, when it adds value — typically for discovery workshops, design reviews and launches.
