    Service 02 — AI & Machine Learning

Machine learning that ships to production.

Keap Technologies is an AI and machine learning consultancy in Cyprus that designs, trains and deploys custom ML models and intelligent automation. We take use cases from a data audit to a monitored production system — document AI, classification and scoring, anomaly detection and process automation — for regulated, data-heavy businesses across EMEA and the US.

    Use cases we deliver

    • 01

      Intelligent document processing

Extract, classify and validate data from contracts, invoices, KYC files and forms — with confidence scores and human review where it matters.

    • 02

      Process automation

Replace repetitive, rules-heavy back-office work with ML-driven workflows that route, prioritize and pre-fill.

    • 03

      Classification & scoring

Lead, risk, priority and propensity scores that plug into the tools your teams already use.

    • 04

      Anomaly detection

Spot unusual transactions, sensor readings or user behavior early — without a hand-written rule for every case.

    • 05

      Recommendation & personalization

Next-best-product and content recommendations driven by behavioral and transactional data.

    • 06

      MLOps & monitoring

Versioned models, automated retraining and drift monitoring so accuracy holds after launch.

What does an AI and machine learning consultancy deliver?

An AI and machine learning consultancy turns a business problem into a working model that runs inside your operations. That includes framing the problem, preparing the data, selecting and training models, proving accuracy on held-out data, integrating the model with existing systems, and monitoring it once it is live.

Keap Technologies is measured on that last step. A model that never leaves a notebook creates no value, so every engagement is designed from day one for deployment, monitoring and handover.

When is machine learning the right tool?

Machine learning is the right tool when a decision is made repeatedly at volume, depends on patterns too complex to capture in hand-written rules, and has historical data with known outcomes to learn from. When those three conditions are missing, a well-designed dashboard or a simple rule is often cheaper and more reliable — and we will say so.

Case study: AI automation for a Cyprus law firm

A law firm in Cyprus asked Keap Technologies to cut the manual processing that consumed its legal team's week. We built an AI-powered automation system around the firm's document workflow.

“The team implemented an AI-powered automation system that reduced our manual processing time by 60%, saving our legal team over 20 hours per week. The intelligent automation not only increased accuracy but also freed up our staff to focus on high-value strategic work.”

    Responsible AI, designed in

Regulation now shapes how AI is built in Europe. Under the EU AI Act, some uses — such as credit scoring of individuals and certain employment decisions — are classified as high-risk and carry documentation, logging and human-oversight obligations.

Keap Technologies classifies every use case against the AI Act at the start of a project, documents data sources and model behavior as we build, and designs human review into workflows where decisions affect people. The result is a system your compliance team can sign off — not one they have to retrofit.

    Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to build a machine learning model?

Timelines depend more on data readiness than on modeling. When clean historical data is available, a first validated model comes quickly; most of the effort in production projects goes into integration, testing and monitoring. Keap Technologies gives a phased timeline after discovery, once the data has been audited.

How much data do we need for machine learning?

There is no universal minimum. What matters is enough labelled examples of the outcome you want to predict, covering the situations the model will face. During discovery we test whether your data can support the use case before you commit to a build.

Will the EU AI Act affect our machine learning system?

It depends on the use case. Most business ML — forecasting, document processing, recommendations — is not high-risk. Credit scoring of individuals, life and health insurance pricing and certain HR uses are high-risk under Annex III, with obligations applying from 2 December 2027 after the Digital Omnibus. We classify each use case at the start of the project.

Do you support models after they go live?

Yes. Keap Technologies can operate and monitor models after launch — tracking drift, accuracy and data quality, and retraining when needed — or hand over to your team with documentation and training.
